Kansa/Bronze Thali Set
Pure Kansa is an Indian name for Bell metal or Bronze. An ultra-superior metal, Kansa is an alloy of copper 80 percent and Tin 20 percent both heated together up to 700 centigrade to form pure bronze. The alloy is further molded into handcrafted products and can acquire different kinds of finishes- matt or glossy, depending on the aesthetic preferences.
Kansa is usually used to eat food and drink water on a daily basis which helps in enhancing the gut health, improves blood circulation and providing stronger immunity.
Why only Kansa?
Because Copper or Brass reacts with sour food, salt and lemon which can be harmful for the body. Therefore, they are not recommended to eat or cook in. Whereas Kanas or Bronze does not react win sour acidic food hence
it is the bast meal to eat and cook in.
