he Dashavatara (Sanskrit: दशावतार, daśāvatāra) are the ten primary avatars of Lord Vishnu, a principal Hindu god. Vishnu is said to descend in the form of an avatar to restore cosmic order. The word Dashavatara derives from daśa, meaning “ten,” and avatāra, roughly equivalent to “incarnation.”
The Dashavatara includes ten notable incarnations of Lord Vishnu, each with a distinct purpose. The avatars are:

8. Krishna (The Divine Cowherd): Played a key role in the Mahabharata and delivered the Bhagavad Gita.

10. Kalki (The Future Warrior): Foretold to appear in the future to end the age of darkness.
